The number of people quarantined at home has increased significantly, and many people started to have pet cats and dogs for emotional sustenance and companionship since the outbreak of COVID-19. However, numerous pet cats and dogs have been abandoned with the development of the pandemic, who’s mental and brain health problems cannot be ignored.
